Moved to Action logo

Each year, we recognize May as Mental Health Awareness Month and mark it with efforts to teach our community about mental health. But this year, we realized awareness isn’t enough anymore.

We have to take action to ensure our neighbors know their mental health matters and have the resources they need to improve overall wellbeing.

Join our movement and be Moved to Action this month and every month after.

Week 3

Take Action

Our relationships are some of our greatest possessions. Whether it’s the people you share a home with, a close friend, or a work acquaintance, your mental health as well as theirs plays a large role in the longevity of the relationship. So, how do you make sure everyone is happy and healthy? Know your boundaries.

So many of us believe our relationship boundaries are inherent and ingrained, but when we don’t write them out or reflect on them, we can lose track and cross ones we never meant to.

The following activity can be done alone or with someone you love, but either way, make sure you’re honest about what you really want and expect out of your relationships.
