Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC)

Valley Oaks Health’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) focuses on our community’s mental health and addiction needs in an integrated setting. A dedicated and caring team of professionals works with primary care providers, family nurse practitioners, specialists, and other community partners to provide comprehensive outpatient, person-centered, trauma-informed services for adults and adolescents in a secure, healthy environment. We serve everyone, including those who have no insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances.
