WEBINAR: Tending to Your Own Self-Care While Self-Isolating

Throughout the past few months, we have all been forced into a period of self-isolation. While certainly necessary to slow the spread of COVID-19, this increase in isolation can be harmful to both your mental and physical health. Isolation can be a catalyst for increased worry, changes in sleep patterns, worsening chronic health conditions, and increased drug or alcohol use. When coupled with the reality of the situation we currently find ourselves in, some levels of anxiety are almost to be expected.

That is why it is more important now than ever to consider your mental health and make it a priority. Watch the conversation with Dr. Holly Morales and Training Coordinator Nathan Worster from Valley Oaks to learn about what to watch out for as well as some tips to manage your anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
