Transitional Residential Care

The transitional group home is a Lafayette area residence for individuals who are in need of a supportive living environment as a move toward greater independence. Residents are taught skills such as cooking, budgeting, and the use of community resources. Admission into the program is voluntary, and individuals must meet the following criteria in order to qualify:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a primary mental health diagnosis
  • Must demonstrate need for structure and supervision in order to meet identified treatment goals related primarily to activities of daily living
