Chief Administrative Officer
Morgan Gilbert is the Chief Administrative Officer at Valley Oaks Health. As CAO she oversees most non-clinical programs and departments within the organization, including, but not limited to, Quality Improvement, Training, and the Business Office. She started her journey in 2010 as a home-based case manager working with children and adolescents, and as her experience and passion for working with children grew, so did her role. In 2014, she became the Wraparound Program Coordinator where she found herself thriving in a team-based environment. The challenges and barriers present in not only managing the program, but also within the systems surrounding at-risk youth, fueled her to expand her career path. In 2018, she was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer.
In this role, she enjoys working as a team with other leaders to help problem-solve and find creative strategies to address the barriers faced by non-profit, Community Mental Health Centers. She believes the whole is always greater than the sum of its individual parts, and she works tirelessly to promote the role each program/department plays in the success of the organization.
